Easter Fashion – Old World New Girl Style
Hey out there! Remember when I said that Old World New Girl is expanding to reflect the many facets of me? Well…
Welcome to my FIRST FASHION POST!
Halloween, my birthday and Easter are the holidays that I always go above and beyond on when it comes to what I’m wearing. It is molto importante to me! Even as a child.

Easter at Granny’s! That’s me, front and center, with the matching dress, hat, gloves and bunny rabbit 🙂
This year for Easter I pulled together an ensemble to create the perfect springy outfit – and I loved it!

The full view of a happy lady on Easter day. So glad that He died and rose again, that I might have life abundantly! Romans 5:8
So how does this relate to Old World New Girl? Well, you should know that OWNG loves to thrift and find great sales – *insert Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’s “Thrift Shop!!!”* I also love to find a balance between my thrifty finds and new pieces.
Shirt: Cherish via Something Urban, a chic shop that has allowed me to express my style (from quirky to sophisticated) since I was 12!
Skirt: asos via Plato’s Closet, a resale shop in which I’ve found many great clothes! This skirt is so great that it has served as the focus of my Easter outfit both this year and last year! Yep, I wear my clothes more than once *gasp*… and I like it!
Shoes: Charming Charlie’s ($5!!!!)
And the dinner I prepared…

… just a sneak peek into the direction I’ll be going with my food posts! Old school recipes and dishes recreated or made new! But you’ll have to wait for that 😉
I can’t wait to delve deeper into my visions of great outfits and food with you all! Stay tuned for more, and as always..
Until next time, Ci Vediamo!!!
